It is common for the washing and sweeping vehicle to malfunction due to misoperation, so drivers must be prepared for this situation. Speaking of using high-pressure water for cleaning operations, if the usage and operation methods are incorrect, it may lead to human accidents, so caution should be taken when operating.
The following is the operation method for washing and sweeping the car:
(1) There is a lot of sediment, and if it is not cleaned thoroughly at once, the cleaning and sweeping vehicle can be repeated.
①. During cleaning operations, if the pressure is stable, to protect the pressure gauge, the pressure gauge switch can be turned off. But as soon as there is a change in work conditions, the pressure gauge switch should be turned on immediately to monitor the pressure changes
②. If the water level is at a dangerous level, the operation should be stopped immediately and water should be added;
(2) Rear cleaning of the washing and sweeping vehicle
①. One person operates the hose support to protect the high-pressure hose
②. Place the handle of the hose in the "retracted" position, and the hose reel rotates counterclockwise to wind the high-pressure hose;
③. Adjust the speed knob according to the amount of sludge and adjust the collection speed appropriately;
④. Open the needle valve of the washing tube;
⑤. Increase the throttle and clean the water pump when the speed is between 1000-1200 revolutions per minute;
⑥. When the nozzle approaches the inlet, adjust the throttle to make the water pump rotate at a lower speed to clean this section of the sewer;
(3) Parking position for washing and sweeping vehicles during sewer cleaning operations
①. The cleaning vehicle should be parked in a straight line at the sink well of the sewer. If the parking position is not suitable, it will not only reduce the efficiency of the operation, but also shorten the service life of the hose;
②. The cleaning vehicle should be parked at the downstream wellhead of the section of sewer being cleaned, with the car facing downstream;
a. When the pipeline is completely blocked and there is a lot of sediment, cleaning operations should start from the downstream caisson of this section;
b. Generally, cleaning operations can start from the upstream caisson;
